I am an author, educator, and poet, born in 1990 and raised in a military family that moved around various locations in the United States. My love for writing and reading began at the age of six, inspiring me to refine my skills as I grew. I earned my BA in Communication and Literature from the University of California, San Diego, and published my first poetry book, "Art and Life," in 2015. Having faced challenges as a young boy with passions that transcended stereotypes for Black boys, I now strive to support and encourage other young boys to pursue their dreams.
